We have a 15-day return policy, which means you can apply for a return within 15 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
When you placed the order by mistake, please contact us at support@asdwarchery.com to cancel the order before we ship the order. Our shipping time is generally 3 business days (Monday to Friday). There is no cost for you to cancel the order before we ship the order. We will email you back to confirm the cancellation.
If you are dissatisfied with the product you received, ordered the wrong product, or wish to exchange it, please bear the return shipping costs and provide us with your return tracking number via email. Upon receipt of the undamaged return, we will deduct 30% of the order amount as a restocking fee. After canceling your order, you will receive a refund within 15 business days(Subject to bank processing time). The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If the item arrives damaged or defective, we will pay all return shipping charges. Please return the package within fifteen(15) days of the delivery date, and email us your return tracking number and billing receipt for the refund of return shipping cost. We will refund your original order amount and return shipping cost in 15 business days (Subject to bank processing time) after we receive your return package. The return shipping cost will be refunded through the same payment method of your order.
RETURN PROCESS
To arrange a refund, please email support@asdwarchery.com with the following details:
● Your order number.
● A description of your issue.
● Photos of the packaging, manuals and the product.
Once we have received your email we will reply with the next steps on how to proceed with your refund and return.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return for convenience.
REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will deduct a 30% restocking fee from the order amount and complete the refund process within 15 business days(Subject to bank processing time). The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Once the refund process is complete, we will notify you via email.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- With more than 10% discounts and delivered in good condition
- Promotion items delivered in good condition are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned
- After fifteen (15) days of the delivery date
